1 ½ oz Ballotin Toffee Whiskey3 oz Soda WaterLime wedges Mixology:Pour Ballotin Toffee Whiskey into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with soda water. Add a squeeze of lime to garnish.
Ballotin Toffee Old Fashioned
1 ½ oz Ballotin Toffee Whiskey¾ oz Rye Whiskey3-4 dashes of Orange Bitters Mixology:In rocks or old-fashioned glass, muddle an orange slice and a cherry or bitters. Mix Ballotin Toffee and Rye Whiskey in a mixing tin filled with ice. Stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass and fill with ice.
Ballotin Iced Toffee Coffee
1 ½ oz Ballotin Chocolate Toffee Whiskey3 cold brew coffee2-3 dashes Black Walnut BittersLemon twist Mixology:Mix Ballotin Toffee Whiskey, cold brew coffee, and Black Walnut Bitters in a Collins glass. Add ice to fill. Garnish with a lemon twist.
