2 oz Ballotin Chocolate Mocha Whiskey Cream ½ oz bourbon ½ oz cold brew or black coffee Shake with ice & strain into martini glass. Dust with finely grated chocolate.
2 oz Ballotin Chocolate Cherry Cream 3 oz Cherry Cola Chill Ballotin Whiskey Cream on ice. Slowly top with cherry cola.
2 oz Ballotin Chocolate Cherry Cream ½ oz Vanilla Vodka ½ oz Ballotin Original Chocolate Whiskey Chocolate Syrup rim Rim glass with chocolate sauce (optional). Shake with ice & strain into martini glass.

1 ½ oz Ballotin Chocolate Mint Whiskey 3 oz Ginger Beer Dash of bitters Pour Ballotin Chocolate Mint into an iced mule mug. Top with Ginger Beer and a dash of bitters. Garnish with a lime wedge.
1 oz Ballotin Caramel Turtle Whiskey 2 oz Hot Apple Cider Fill a mug with hot apple cider, add one ounce of Ballotin Caramel Turtle. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
1 oz Ballotin Caramel Turtle Whiskey 1 oz Ballotin Bourbon Ball ½ oz Marshmallow vodka 2 oz heavy cream Shake with ice, and strain into a graham cracker rimmed glass.

1 oz. Ballotin Peanut Butter Chocolate Whiskey ½ oz. Frangelico Place all ingredients over ice in a martini shaker. Shake well. Rim shot glass with salt. Strain into shot glass.

2 oz Ballotin Peanut Butter Chocolate Whiskey 1 oz vodka 1 oz Kahlua 1 oz half and half Place all ingredients over ice in a martini shaker. Shake well. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
2 oz Ballotin Peanut Butter Chocolate Whiskey 1 oz Vanilla Vodka 1 oz half and half Chocolate sauce to rim the glass Place all ingredients over ice in a martini shaker. Shake well. Rim glass with chocolate sauce (optional). Pour into glass. Serve with a peanut butter cup for garnish.
1 oz Ballotin Bourbon Ball Whiskey 1 oz bourbon Dash of orange bitters Absinthe wash Swirl absinthe in glass, discard extra. Stir Ballotin Bourbon Ball, bourbon and two dashes of bitters with ice. Strain over ice into absinthe-washed glass, garnish with a lemon peel.
