- 1 ½ oz Ballotin Caramel Turtle Whiskey
- 3 oz champagne or prosecco
- Dash of bitters
Stir Ballotin Caramel Turtle and bitters in a mixing tin with ice. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Champagne or Prosecco. Garnish with a cherry.
