Chocolate Strawberries

  • 1 Pack of fresh strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups of Ballotin Original Chocolate Whiskey

Rinse berries, pat dry, and place into a large bowl with a lid. Fill bowl with Ballotin Original Chocolate Whiskey and make sure all strawberries are submerged. Refrigerate overnight or for 6-8 hours. Once refrigerated, drain strawberries and save leftover Ballotin for cocktails. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 15-second intervals, continuously stirring (repeat about 5 times). Let chocolate stand for one minute. Dip strawberries into the chocolate, 3/4 of the way, leaving a little bit of red + the stem. Set strawberries on lined parchment paper, refrigerate about 10-15 minutes, and serve!
