Chocolate Toffee Raspberry


  • 5 muddled raspberries
  • 3 frozen raspberries for garnish on skewer
  • 2 oz Ballotin Chocolate Toffee Whiskey
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 5 dashes chocolate bitters
  • 1 1⁄4 oz raspberry liquor
  • 1⁄4 oz maple syrup


1.In a large mixing glass add raspberries and vodka, and then muddle the raspberries.

2.Add in Ballotin Chocolate Toffee Whiskey and raspberry liquor

3.Fill the mixing glass with ice, dash with chocolate bitters, and add in maple syrup

4.Using a cocktail swizzle stir the cocktail well

5.Strain into a rocks glass over ice, garnish with frozen raspberries, and enjoy!
