1 oz Ballotin Bourbon Ball Whiskey 1 oz bourbon Dash of orange bitters Absinthe wash Swirl absinthe in glass, discard extra. Stir Ballotin Bourbon Ball, bourbon and two dashes of bitters with ice. Strain over ice into absinthe-washed glass, garnish with a lemon peel.
2 oz Ballotin Bourbon Ball Whiskey 3 oz Club Soda Pour Ballotin into a Collins glass over ice. Fill with Club Soda.
1 oz Bourbon Ball Chocolate Whiskey ½ part Real Blackberry Puree* 2 oz ginger Squeeze of Lime Shake all ingredients in mixing tin with ice. Strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge or fresh blackberries.
1 ½ oz Ballotin Bourbon Ball Whiskey ¾ oz Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey 1 oz fresh lemon juice Shake all ingredients in mixing tin with ice. Pour into rocks glass. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
