Original Chocolate

2 oz Ballotin Original Chocolate Whiskey ½ oz Vodka ½ oz cream Splash of Cola Shake all ingredients except cola in mixing tin with ice. Pour into rocks glass. Add splash of cola.

2 oz Ballotin Original Chocolate Whiskey 1 oz Craft Brandy 1 oz cream Nutmeg Shake in mixing tin with ice. Strain into a Manhattan glass. Garnish with fresh nutmeg.

1 ½ oz Ballotin Original Chocolate Whiskey ½ oz Dark Rum ½ oz Coffee Liqueur ½ oz Real Cream of Coconut 1 ½ oz Whole Milk Chocolate syrup for garnish Shake all ingredients with ice in a mixing tin. Squeeze chocolate syrup around inside of pint glass. Fill with ice and strain.

1 ½ oz Ballotin Original Chocolate Whiskey ½ oz Real Black Cherry Puree 2 oz ginger ale Squeeze of Lime Shake in mixing tin with ice. Strain into cocktail glass over ice. Garnish with Lime.

2 oz Ballotin Original Chocolate Whiskey ½ part Cointreau Orange Liqueur Shake in mixing tin with ice. Strain into cocktail or Manhattan glass, up. Garnish with an orange peel.

2 oz Ballotin Original Chocolate Whiskey ½ oz Vodka ½ oz half and half Shake in mixing tin with ice. Strain into rocks or old-fashioned glass over ice. 

1 ½ oz Ballotin Original Chocolate Whiskey 1 oz Rye Whiskey Dash of Sweet Vermouth Dash of Bitters Shake all ingredients in mixing tin with ice. Strain into a Manhattan glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

1 ½ oz Ballotin Original Chocolate Whiskey ¾ oz bourbon Dash of Bitters In a rocks or old-fashioned glass, muddle an orange slice and a cherry with a dash of bitters. Pour in the Ballotin Chocolate Whiskey and bourbon. Fill with ice.
