- 2 cups frozen watermelon cubes
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup Ballotin Bourbon Ball Whiskey
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1 bottle of sparkling rosé
- Handful fresh mint, chopped + more for garnish
Add all ingredients except for the sparkling rosé to a blender and pulse until smooth yet still icy and frothy. Pour into coupe or wine glasses, top with sparkling rosé and garnish with fresh mint.
