- 1 oz Ballotin Original Chocolate
- 1 oz Kentucky bourbon
- .5 oz cinnamon spice syrup
- Dash aromatic bitters
- Dash Aztec chocolate bitters
Stir ingredients with ice in a mixer until very chilled. Strain over jumbo ice cube into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
To make the cinnamon spice syrup: combine 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp cayenne powder, with 1/4 cup hot water. Stir until sugar has dissolved and let set for 2 hrs. The longer it sits the spicer it will be 🌶
