I am sorry you didn't get what you expected with our Ballotin VDC Amaro. It is - by design - a "digestif" and therefore crafted to be bitter and complex, with herbal/tannic notes. I appreciate you taking the time to write. I am sorry that the Cherry Cream didn't meet your expectations. Cherry tends to be a polarizing flavor with consumers - same for lemon and mint. If you go too far with the flavor, even with natural flavors, the product can get too close to toothpaste (mint), or cleaning fluid (lemon) or in the case of Cherry, cough syrup. Our cherry flavor, by design, is subtle and more like a fresh Bing Cherry flavor than a candy cherry. I will agree with you, Helen, that it is subtle, and it is disappointing when a product doesn't delivery what you want it to.
