Chocolate Toffee Raspberry
Ingredients
- 5 muddled raspberries
- 3 frozen raspberries for garnish on skewer
- 2 oz Ballotin Chocolate Toffee Whiskey
- 2 oz vodka
- 5 dashes chocolate bitters
- 1 1⁄4 oz raspberry liquor
- 1⁄4 oz maple syrup
Method
- In a large mixing glass add raspberries and vodka, and then muddle the raspberries.
- Add in Ballotin Chocolate Toffee Whiskey and raspberry liquor.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice, dash with chocolate bitters, and add in maple syrup.
- Using a cocktail swizzle stir the cocktail well.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice, garnish with frozen raspberries, and enjoy!
