Ingredients

• 1 oz Ballotin Bourbon Ball
• 1 oz Kentucky Bourbon
• .5 oz chai syrup (or to taste)
• Cinnamon bitters

Method

Make chai syrup by brewing a strong cup of your favorite chai. Combine with equal parts sugar in a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until combined and allow to reduce by at least half.
