Ingredients

Recipe (one cocktail / double for 2 people):

• ✨ 2oz Ballotin Chocolate Mint Whiskey
• ✨ 1oz espresso or cold brew coffee
• ✨ 1oz half and half
• ✨ Fudge or chocolate sauce for inside glass and chocolate for shavings (we used a regular chocolate bar!)
• ✨ Espresso beans for garnish (traditionally, 3 beans are used to represent health, wealth and happiness!)
• ✨ Mint leaves for garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker and then add ice. Shake for 30 seconds and use strainer to pour into martini glass. Shave chocolate over cocktail and then garnish with espresso beans and mint leaves and enjoy!
