Stay Up for Santa
Ingredients
- 4 oz. espresso
- 2 oz. coffee liqueur
- 3 oz. Ballotin Chocolate Cherry Cream
Method
Chill a couple coupe glasses in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into your chilled coupe glass, rimmed with dark chocolate sauce. Place a slit in a maraschino cherry and perch on the rim of your drink. Enjoy while you stay up for Santa!
